Our current focus are websites based on open source platforms using the LAMP technology stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). We don't do ASP, but do have capability to do .NET work (C#) and C++.
We do Flash banners and elements for our sites but stay away from full Flash sites as they are opaque to search engines, are a nightmare to maintain, and for the most part the cool web interface interaction can be accomplished with Javascript (we use JQuery and MooTools libraries).
